Bu sebeplerle co\u011frafi s\u0131n\u0131r ile \u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131 bulunur.<br \/>\n\u00dcretim Metodu:<br \/>\nDiyarbak\u0131r Kengerli Bulgur Pilav\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan kenger, pilavl\u0131k bulgur ve sadeya\u011f, tercihen<br \/>\nco\u011frafi s\u0131n\u0131rdan temin edilir.<br \/>\n6 ki\u015filik Diyarbak\u0131r Kengerli Bulgur Pilav\u0131 \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in gereken bile\u015fenler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir.<br \/>\n500 g kenger<br \/>\n400 g pilavl\u0131k bulgur<br \/>\n40 g sadeya\u011f<br \/>\n20 g tuz<br \/>\n800 ml su (bulgur i\u00e7in)<br \/>\n1 l su (kenger ha\u015flamak i\u00e7in)<br \/>\nKenger temizlenir, do\u011fran\u0131r ve bir tencerede 5 dakika kadar ha\u015fland\u0131ktan sonra s\u00fczgece konularak suyunun<br \/>\ns\u00fcz\u00fclmesi 5 dakika beklenir.<br \/>\nPilav tenceresinde eritilen sadeya\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7ine kenger eklenip 5 dakika kavrulur. \u00dczerine su, tuz ve bulgur<br \/>\neklenerek k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte 20 dakika pi\u015firilir.
